Samsung Galaxy Note 3 May Be Launched On September 4

Samsung Galaxy Note III

Samsung is rumored of holding a Samsung Unpacked event on September 4 at Berlin, Germany just before the IFA Berlin 2013 begins. At this event, the company is expected to launch the much awaited Galaxy Note 3. Samsung is expected to launch the third generation phablet in the second half of this year.
Android***** has been tipped by an insider that Samsung is planning to launch the Galaxy Note 3 at
the Samsung Unpacked event on September 4 this year.

The IFA Berlin 2013 convention is scheduled to commence on September 6 and just like last year, Samsung Unpacked event is rumored to take place before it.

Samsung had launched the large screen bearing Galaxy Note II smartphone at the Samsung Unpacked event last year just before the IFA Berlin 2012. Samsung is reported of following the same strategy this year as well.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to feature 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display for select markets and 5.7-inch LCD display for other markets. The two variants will be released depending on the region.

Samsung will use different processors for both of the above mentioned variants. For one of the models,Samsung will use the eight-core Samsung Exynos 5 Octa 5410 mobile processer used in the Galaxy S4. For other model, Samsung will pack quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 mobile processor..

The Galaxy Note 3 will pack 2 GB RAM ( if rumor is true den 3GB ) and will be offered with 16 GB and 32 GB on-board storage capacities. Of course, there will be a memory card slot and the S Pen stylus. Samsung will also pack the 13 megapixel camera, the one used in Galaxy S4, and a full HD supporting front
facing camera in Note III.As of now, there is no clarity on whether this device will run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean or Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

Galaxy Note 3 rumoured to have 3GB of RAM

Another rumour about the Galaxy Note 3. This time a Korean newspaper, The Korea Economic Daily claims the Galaxy Note 3 will have 3GB of RAM, something we heard before by other websites and by some sources.Samsung's next flagship device the Galaxy Note 3 is rumoured to feature a 5.7'' or 5.99'' sAMOLED Full HD display, Octa-Core or Snapdragon 800 processor,13 megapixel camera, Android 4.3, S Pen functions and Samsung's own TouchWiz nature UX interface. We expect Samsung to announce the Galaxy Note 3 at IFA 2013 in Berlin and be rest assured, Sa******* will be there to cover it live.

The Samsung Galaxy Note had 1GB RAM, the Galaxy Note II had 2GB RAM and the Galaxy Note 3 will
have... 3GB RAM.

That's what Korean publication Hankyung claims anyway. So far from leaks we've seen that the Note III will pack either a Snapdragon 800 chipset or an Exynos 5 Octa (pretty much the same options as the Galaxy S4 uses, now that the LTE-A version is official.

However, the publication mentions LTE Advanced, which points to the Qualcomm chipset, at least in some regions. As for RAM supplier, Samsung, LG and SK Hynix have been mentioned.

Samsung is already manufacturing 4GB LPDDR3 RAM based on a 20nm process, SK Hynix also demoed such RAM chips.
