Relatively, last month, Samsung the South Korean tech giant also released a dual SIM low cost smartphone – Galaxy Y Duos Lite with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS. Priced at Rs 6,790 is also targeted towards the first time smartphone users.

If the concern is on a slightly larger display real estate, better browsing experience and a lesser price tag, Asha 308 could be a better option.
